About

INDEPENDENT EXPERTISE. PRACTICAL RESULTS.

CxSy is an independent Florida-based commissioning, building-performance and sustainability consulting firm serving clients throughout Florida and the Southeast.

The firm is led by Jesse Coyle, whose career spans decades in construction, commissioning, energy management, facility performance, sustainability and higher education. CxSy is structured so clients receive direct access to experienced professionals rather than layers of project administration.

OUR APPROACH

We combine technical rigor with field-oriented evaluation, clear documentation and practical recommendations. The objective is straightforward: verify that systems are installed, controlled and operating as intended—and help clients make informed decisions when they are not.
